Mary is back on her bike!

TNT rides on today with a goal of 50 miles out of Holtsville! Did I mention I am doing other training in Vegas this week?!
Mary is mended & wants u to know that there’s been no interruption in her training!

Great networking meeting last nite, at Insignia, on the bypass. Although felt like speed dating (not that I have ever experienced that!) met lots of terrific people & reconnected with some previous patients!

64 miles! Done. Increased our pace today! On the bikes for 4:25 hours. My group (B) avg’d 14.5 mph. Better than the 13mph last week!

What a gorgeous day! Lovin life!! Feelin good but Mary’s quads hurt & Patty got a flat, too!! This occurred as I was bragging that Patty never gets a flat!! Lol
